Speculation, but given all that we know of concussions and brain damage now is it possible that Vince is suffering from it these days? He's already old as dirt and he spent a solid 20 years being based as fuck, doing roids and taking unprotected chair shots to the head. I think the last 10 years or so of pure autism and retarded decisions are due to brain damage. I could be full of shit but it sounds plausible.
