The realistic scenarios are
1) He goes to WWE, goodbye, New Japan
2) He goes to AEW, gets a Kenny New Japan schedule where he shows up in big New Japan shows once to twice a year or so.
In theory, New Japan could do something cool where Ospreay manages to leave New Japan in a good place as he leaves, passing the torch and putting people over on his way out, but we'll see.
