Awesome show, shoutout to LA because everyone got really into this and knew their shit and played along. Free WiFi vs Daisy Monkey was the perfect opener, the four of them deserve their flowers as some of the best on the roster and Free WiFi actually getting heel heat for their antics was funny and made for a very engaging match. Kamiyu/Kai was average, I guess. Not terrible by any means but it's nothing against Kamiyu to say I'm not sure the sprint kickfest is really the best use of her. You'd like more time for it in a vacuum, same with Rika/Billie, but it was in service of making a two hour show breeze by so it's cool. Misao and Adora vs Aino and Raku had the spray can, hero masks, and the Goodnight Express complete with pillow. Everything you'd want from Hero and friend taking on God and friend. WWP vs Shoko and Miu was a simple story done well - Miu has long been one of, if not genuinely the most beloved lady on the roster by Western fans and her slamming Max was hype. Shoko was pretty damn over too and wasn't hurt by taking the pin. Rika/Billie was a nice little V1 for Rika and included the ol' reliable Billie-are-you-alright-in-the-head moment. The main event was four of the top tier on the roster and they delivered. I won't pretend Miyu and Maki still not having a real tag titles reign isn't a bummer result for me but hey, 2 Belts Mizuki is nice for her at least. The roster all came out at the end like they do with the big Princess shows which was nice. Overall a really feel-good event - the ladies killed it, the crowd killed it, Namba killed it, commentary... was corny indie commentary and the non-weirdo one hard carried the weirdo one who sounded bored and confused and couldn't stop commenting on the wrestler's looks but fuck it I've heard worse. At least they knew the roster well. This is a perfect show for someone wanting to check out TJPW for the first time.
