>>9558062I beg to differ. His main event match at Mania with Roman and Bryan two years ago was great, his feud with Seth was solid enough and their HIAC match was pretty good. Even his short feud with the Miz was amusing for what it was. And he still has a great ability to connect with the crowd and is still one of the most natural sounding guys on the mic when he's in the ring (the spooky pre-recorded backstage segments are a different story, not a fan of those).
I do agree his character has been a mess since the awful out-of-nowhere heel turn against AJ, which was of course followed just a few months later by an equally sudden return to babyface simply because the Judgment Day turned on him, which was also stupid. So yeah, he's had a rough last year, but I think he can still do some good work if they move him on to a better feud after this.
