He has three hours with two TV shows on top cable channels plus two YouTube shows for AEW. He has done such a terrible job booking Rampage that nobody gives a shit about it. Also, everybody has YouTube and I can't remember the last time they actually promoted anything on either of those shows. I know the YouTube shows aren't going to be huge money makers, but they can be good for advertising and at least giving more people a spotlight by doing something a simple as promoting matches that are going to be on a show. Instead the only time you ever hear about either of the Dark shows is when the results scroll across the bottom line on TV.
