People have hated Charlotte and her nepotism since NXT. It really came to a head though when they put her in the Becky vs Ronda main event for no reason. And again when she beat Rhea at Mania during covid. People have wanted this rematch and Rhea to win for 3 years.

Charles is useless at being a face. She often acts like a heel when she's supposed to be a face and it fucks up the psychology. My favourite example was Kurt Angle getting BTFO on twitter after agenting Charles vs Asuka. He tried to put over the match as a classic heel vs face story and had people asking "which one's supposed to be the heel?"
