I don’t think Cody has it. Roman hitting 1000 days is a bigger deal than Cody winning. Cody winning is the end of the story for him, so there’s no upside.

These are all good points. Honestly there’s no good reason to have Cody win it here. I think it’s safe to say The Rock isn’t ever coming back either. Might as well wait until WM40 for Cody to win it, there’s certainly a lot they could do to build the story and stretch it out, even if they end up putting it on ice for a month here or a month there.

Nah, Roman sucks, he should've lost to Drew at Clash but then WWE lucked out that Sami and Jey single handedly carried the Bloodline story by themselves. Now that it's over, they have nothing else
