This is the correct answer. They may not have ever been the biggest thing in WWE but they definitely could have been booked to seem like a legitimate threat. The only time they actually looked like a faction that meant something was at Clash at the Castle.

Triple H apparently didn't realize the heels have to win most of the time for the face "overcoming the odds" to mean anything. Once Bianca beat all three in her own they were done.
