UFC desperately needs something to spice it up since all their fighters are boring faggots with no drawing power and WWE desperately needs something to give it some legitimacy since kayfabe is dead.
I'm assuming they'll have a new WWE style show with real fights on it while keeping RAW/Smack/NXT.

UFC - will probably get pyros and bigger stage to enter the ring, Gauaranteed Vince will convince them to do a better presentation

I expect some storylines being used in UFC- maybe fighters will have to start learning to cut promos and overall better video packages
expect stone cold or legends to do podcasts with ufc fighters, have a ufc event start with seth rollins. It wil be lots of WWE big names at UFC events.

ok now to the WWE side of things- hmmmmmmmmmmmm BUDGET CUTS and again Budget cuts because those stages that UFC will build and all that pyro will not be cheap, and expect some talents to have some benefits slashed.

Merger usually means downsizing and people losing their jobs. So I am sure a lot people who have now become redundant will sadly lose their jobs

Also, endeavour will now pair together the talents and bundle them together and cut mega advertising deals,acting as de facto agents for talents and forcefully taking their cut

They're not going to "merge" them. They're going to be owned by the same company. Like how Yum Brands owns KFC and Taco Bell. And sometimes they make use of that, you can find KFC/Taco Bell combined restaurants sometimes, but for the most part those are two separate chains with different menus that are just owned by the same company, because they want to own multiple types of restaurants.

As a UFC fan. I'm not optimistic about this because it was Ari Emmanuel who made everything bland in the UFC. They even tried to remove Face the Pain intro.

Just a big sports entertainment company. Both make good money, and now they’ll be under the same umbrella. Not much else will change. Perhaps some branded deals will go between the promotions and you may see some WWE super stars here and there at the UFC in outside roles (announcer, etc) and vice versa.

It’s mostly going to remain untouched though. Way better option than the saudis.
