It's the other way around. Dana White is his boss now. UFC will control 51% of the merged company.

Dana white does not control 51% of the stock. Vince on the other hand does control most of the WWE side of the stock.

They are creating a new company that Vince will be Executive Chairman of while Based Jew Ari will be CEO. Nick Khan is WWE president while dana is UFC president. Vince really is Dana's boss now its pretty funny

Yes Dana will have more pull with the side that gets 51% voting power no matter how much stock Vince owns.
Unless Vince uses his personal fortune to purchase enough stock in the new company to push his personal shares of both to over 51% effectively making him the new owner. Not sure if he's rich enough to do that.
