Unless he decided to partner with Tony Khan who would loan talent then he wouldn't be able to afford any big contracts as he wouldn't get a TV deal.

if he tried now, given how he's tried to fuck with AEW and took shots in the past, I feel like Tony would bar all of his talent from performing on his shows.
