In retrospect, this is when it all went down hill. Its when they quit putting any effort into RAW & Smackdown. It's when they started treating 10/12 ppvs as expendable. It's when they quit caring about what the fans wanted because the network was so cheap they were going to subscribe to it no matter what. Its when they started forcing more and more ads into things to make up for the lost ppv revenue
