Even if he started the Judgement Day and Bloodline they didn't reach their peak until Triple H was booking.

It's not all about debuts. WWE could have very easily gone to shit with Triple H in control. He improved most of the things Vince started and reintroduced some good things from NXT (Imperium, LA Knight, IYO, Solo) and took Dom, Judgement Day, Logan, Sami, Bloodline, Rhea to greater heights than under Vince.
I've been watching WWE since 99 and I finally stopped watching in 2020, it became unwatchable. Once Triple H took over, it wasn't perfect but it was watchable again.
Raw last night was so terrible even the biggest WWE apologists couldn't justify it.

The Sami in Bloodline storyline starter a year ago under Vince, he didn't appear with Roman yet because the whole storyline was him trying to weasel his way in. I don't give any credit for Paul for continuing the story.
