Not the same situation. Naomi had a secure spot in WWE that she KWAB'd herself out of while Io was on her way out when Vince was last in charge and has no future in WWE under him. Conversely there was nothing for Naomi outside of WWE while Io will be guaranteed a spot in Stardom.
