Depend where you live. In the USA and Canada you can buy it con B/R Live or local PPV cable provider. If you live on Europe (minus UK) you can watch it o DAZN, I think. Everybody else is for Fite.tv.
I think Japan can watch it in NJPW World but I don't know on that one.
