Kurt's claims of a "broken freakin' neck" are a bit exaggerated but it's easier to just say that than what really happened which was still extremely impressive.

So he fractured and herniated his discs at the *trials*, not the actual Olympics. But hey winning the Olympic trials with a broken freakin' neck ain't no fucking cakewalk, let me tell ya.
