Things being spoonfed to you. There's not going to be recaps of what happened last week. Commentary usually talks about the history of wrestlers and what led to a match. Occasionally small recaps within the show happen that show you something important that occured before a commercial break. People are encouraged to watch the "Road to" series on AEW's YouTube channel to get up to speed with the current storyline developments as well.
Badly acted, lengthy backstage talking segment. It's usually short 30 second backstage talking segments setting up future matches, where wrestlers are either interviewed, or talk directly into the camera.
Everything looking overproduced. AEW aims for high production value, but not at the cost of making the show look like an eyesore.

Authority figures - Tony Khan is the kayfabe and shoot authority figure, but he almost has no presence on TV and certainly isn't a produced TV character.
