WWE wins. Tony wouldn’t make WWE fans stop watching whereas Vince would 100% piss off the AEW fans and get them to stop watching. Not to mention WWE is an established global brand already so that puts them at a massive advantage.

Tony is getting influenced around by Jericho, imagine how fast Nick Khan would relegate him to a basement job. Even if that wasn't the case, Tony is close to a cocaine overdose just by running what's essentiallly a big indie promotion, he'd crack under the pressure of having to run a global brand that has to please investors
