I think he has to be on Vince's side publicly, and he needs Vince to approve of the deal. Also as far as Wall Street is concerned, Vince McMahon IS pro wrestling so they need him for that reason. But if you're actually trying to run a company, you can't be happy with the chaos you saw on Monday.
