Landel may have not been the best worker of his time, but something i really apreciate of him are his squash matches. When you watch TV episodes from the territories, Squash matches with the likes of Abdullah the butcher or The Barbarian feel like they go on forever. Landel was able to beat jobbers in matches that weren't overly complex or competitive, but still managed to be entertaining. For that reason, Buddy Landel is one of my favorite midcarders
