Even if they're still technically in the group, they've been so disconnected from the rest of the faction that them being involved in a civil war angle barely makes sense.
At this point, the members of Bullet Club proper that are wrestling full-time in Japan and not signed to another company are Finlay, Gedo, ELP, Chase, KENTA and Ishimori. A BC civil war could have been good in early 2022 when the group was really bloated and you could have had different groups all with credible guys, but the main group in Japan is so threadbare that it only really works if it is almost entirely an interpromotional angle, and with Jay and Juice still using the Bullet Club name I guess that's what it will be.
