most of the time, they don't plan at all, that's why you hear them call shit in the ring.
It's weird to me that NXT and AEW
wrestlers actually practice their entire match beforehand.

They used to plan our entire matches move for move until the 90s when guys like Bret and Shawn would just lay it out as they went

Bullshit mark fantasy. They'd have known who was going over and how weeks if not months in advance. Just like every other mania main event.

idk im not a wrestler. macho man planned out like a 350 move sequence with ricky steamboat and its considered a classic. there's diff ways to do things and still look good.
