i remember a while ago they had commercials for big macs with bacon like that was some kind of big thing that people have been clamoring for. And they tried to make the gimmick that there's some deabte about whether adding bacon to a big mac means its still a big mac or not. As if anyone cares. They do bacon big mac in the Netherlands, or at least used to. I had one and it as really disappointing. The bacon ruins it for some reason. Normally I love a cheeseburger but doesn't work there.

all that money and it's a gamble on if any of it will be edible, especially the fries because these places rarely filter or change the fryer oil, and often use the same oil for multiple types of food. The same oil used to fry apple pies, hasbrowns and chicken patties in the morning gets used for fries, burgers, onion rings and fish in afternoon so imagine what it will taste like cycling that shit unchanged for days.

That's what I was expecting. For some reason though the taste of the bacon completely ruined the burger for me. I think it is to do with the salad. I feel like you can either do cheese burger with bacon or a burger with a bunch of salad in, but you can't have both salad and bacon in the same burger.

Technically the bread is probably the worst part. Most fast food buns use enriched wheat flour (enriched is a meme it really means they stripped it of it's nutrients), sugar, shitty vegetable oils like canola andsoy), corn dextrose and maltodextrin which are shitty sugars, and any number of dough conditioners.

bread is not good for you and any of the whole grain/brown nutrient enriched breads are all equally bad for you. starch and what basically get converted directly into sugar in your body. eating bread and cereal and pasta will make you fatter than eating tons of fat greasy meat covered in melted cheese.

Yes but it didnt taste any different from a regular big mac. You just taste the sauce and lettuce and cheese and the meat is there but its only a slight texture difference you dont really register it as chicken vs being beef it just tastes like a big mac. At least for me.
