I'm guessing they'll announce the WWE/Universal and Raw/Smackdown Tag belts can no longer be defended together, and that once the draft is complete, people can only challenge for their brand's belts. They'll probably have Sami and Owens drop the Raw Tag belts pretty quickly, but keep the Smackdown Tag belts for a while, and eventually build to Roman dropping the WWE belt to Cody, but they'll keep the Universal belt on him until WM40.

No it won't, because the draft doesn't mean shit. People come and go as they want, and show up on any brand they want regardless. The only way to make it worthwhile again is to make it a HARD split, which is probably not possible given that they're are at least two acts with multiple brand belts. Roman, and the Tag belts (Owens and Sami). So for me, it's the same old shit. Doesn't mean anything. The "draft" only exists to pop an easy rating.

Here's my guess for this upcoming draft. Maybe Triple H consider it the biggest because they will allow main roster superstars to draft into NXT and the same goes to NXT superstars to either Raw/SD, with announcements included.

modern WWE doesn't care about that shit (it's a minor leagues problem)

and I suspect that the brand split will be more structured this time around with the sale of the company and USA/FOX each wanting exclusivity to their rosters.
