had a static IP at home so usually would switch computers in the lab in college several times to override the free account download limit and watch the shows ASAP. Quality was probably sub 380p but it was fine. The homos who cry about needing HD for something you're going to watch one time always made me laugh.
Free streaming of PPVs basically did not exist then. If you ever found a free stream back then it was usually like watching a slideshow and not a video and useless. Even WWE's pay streaming service on their site sucked in the 2000s the two times I tried, I ended up getting a refund minutes into the shows.
