It sucked. It was the first WWE show I’ve been to since Rumble 19’. The pacing is abysmal. While Rumble 19 was way too much and I was ready for it to be over a good hour+ before it was, tonight was way too little. There was a spot where I got up from my seat 3 separate times in between a video package ending and going to commercial and the next match starting. It was only compounded by the lack of talent that actually made it on time so the matches were all way too long. No pace. No energy to the show. It was the most boring sporting event/concert/show I’ve ever been to. Rarely have I ever felt ‘ripped off’ but I fully wish I hadn’t spent the money and time to go.
>inb4 but AEW
Went to that show in January in Seattle too and it had its own host of issues. Why is the formula of a good, engaging live show so hard to get right?
