For the time being, Cody is still the biggest draw on the show that's not Roman unless someone else gets more popular. The fact that he wasn't completely overshadowed by Sami Zayn despite how popular he was kind of bodes well for him, but we'll see.
Its only the second week of post-Mania season and Roman doesn't have any more opponents to face until Summerslam. If nobody else gets more popular, you may as well just give it to him there because I can tell you that everyone will be exhausted of Roman if they stretch this out to WM40 just so they can beg the Rock to wrestle.
