Between Backlash and Summerslam:
>Tons of "fall of the bloodline" shit that should have happened in the lead into WM39
>Lesnar, after beating Rhodes, challenges Gunther for Summerslam, since he can't face Roman.

Summerslam:
>Gunther beats Lesnar, cleanly defending the IC title, after Lesnar does a program talking about how he never needed a mid-card championship. Lesnar pisses off for a while
>Reigns vs Rhodes ends in a screwy finish again when Kevin and Sami turn on Rhodes

Survivor Series:
>A bunch of dumb team shit between Evil Sami and KO, and Good boys Rhodes and a converted Jey.
>Reigns does a token title defence against someone like Riddle (if this already happened earlier, insert any upper-midcarder with heat)

Royal Rumble:
>Gunther loses the IC title after beating Honky's reign in the undercard to Sheamus/Drew/anyone. Goes on to win the Royal Rumble, last eliminating Rhodes
>Rest of the card is filled out with other shit between KO, Sami, Rhodes, Reigns, Jey, Sikoa etc.

Elimination Chamber:
>Cody beats 5 people including KO and Sami to be added to the WM main event

Wrestlemania 40:
>Triple Threat Match
>Reigns vs Gunther vs Rhodes
>Rhodes gets his stupid face Triple Threat victory (like Benoit and Bryan), by pinning Reigns, to protect Gunther.

Post WM40:
>Reigns pisses off for a while
>Gunther takes it off Cody at Summerslam or earlier to have another long heel reign (which will be ended by Breakker or fucking Brock turning up again as a face).
