Tbf AEW and WWE are the only companies that can afford to drop millions on one wrestler (Impact can but they would see no return on their investment because nobody gives a fuck about Impact)

The two situations are nothing alike. Bret wasn't the one who behaved unprofessionally. And was only on bad terms with two of WWE's wrestlers. And wasn't being brought back to be the top guy in the company.
