>>9790148One of Tony Khan's biggest problems is he's speedrunning through changes that took WWF and WCW 10-20s years to make, in the space of 3 years. Brand splits, complete stage overhaul, complete aesthetic overhaul, changing logos. It's too much too fucking quickly. The "brand" of AEW has barely, if at all, even established itself. It has nothing to reinvent, yet constantly wants to wow with reinventions.
When Nitro debuted the new graphics and the light-frame tunnel, it was a big change after years and years. When the WWF changed the ropes to all-red and the rail to all-black, with the scratch logo in 1997, it was huge. When they debuted Smackdown in 1999, it was huge. When they made the brand split, the same, even though it sucked.
Point is, it was 5-7+ years at least before all the big changes. Khan obviously thinks he can raise the 800k with all this, but he's wrong. He already drove 100k away with all his gay changes, and fucked up his own videogame with them as well.
