He was involved in two fantastic WarGames matches in 91 and 92.
His tag match with Luger against the Steiners at Superbrawl 91 stood out to me.
Also I enjoyed his series of matches with Vader in late 92, early 93.
Sting was honestly a good worker in the early 90s. But he dropped off hard and he was a drug addict running on fumes by the time the nWo era started in WCW. Part of why he didn't wrestler for a year and a half from 96 to Starrcade 97 was not just to build up his Crow gimmick but also to try to recover both physically and from his addictions. He failed, which was why WCW moved away from Sting as the top guy by spring of 98.
