Meltzer said that Wembley costs $400k a day to rent. They're going to need at least 3 days for setup, showtime and take down. That's $1.2 million for the venue alone if Meltzer is telling the truth. Promoters buy their own tickets, so who knows how much that's adding to the cost? TV production costs money as well. What's the average ticket price for All In? It's hard to see this being a profitable endeavor for AEW, which isn't really a big deal if you believe the rumors about how Shad Khan really makes his money.
