i did 90 minutes on the bike, 50 dumbbell squats, then another 90 on the bike.
friday's not a big day for me, and i'm mainly focusing on cardio at the moment anyway.

Pretty good. Chest/tris today. I tweaked my neck a bit yesterday and was worried it would affect todays workout, but it was fine. Gym schedule this month hasn’t been great with holidays, work travel, etc. but I’m back on track this week, and working on getting my diet back to what it needs to be. Thanks for asking anon.

Do chest and shoulders make sure to stretch and not go too hard. Monday or Tuesday do Back/Biceps, then Thursday do legs.

It was okay, I've been struggling with getting my bench above 225x8 for a couple of months, I maxed out at 275x2 but haven't been able to sniff it since.
On the bright side, I broke my deadlift PR, 475x2, and my zercher squat PR, 315x5, so it's not all bad.
