I don't understand why Phil coming back is such a big deal. Why are most of AEW wrestlers such fucking marks? Don't they want their business to grow? Phil's return might be a failure, but it might be not. No one will ever know unless they try and the odds are better on him bringing more money than actually losing. Jericho might be a has-been fatass who wants to steal the spotlight out of everyone, but he's right about one thing. You don't have to like someone to work with him. This should be rule number one in wrestling. Bret hated Shawn but he knew the company would grow working with him because he wasn't a fucking mark. Same with Hogan and plenty of people. Even in recent days reportedly Cody doesn't like Seth too much but he still worked with him because at the end of the day this is a fucking business. It's not a daycare center and these aren't babies that need babysitting.

So give me one, non-mark reason, why the Elite's behavior in this situation is acceptable.
