This. Bianca will be exposed to 4x the audience domestically, and many millions more internationally. She’ll be an infinitely bigger star based on that alone. If Jade comes to WWE in a year or two and learns how to work, it could be interesting though. Also, Jade is hotter but I bet Bianca fucks better.

Jade is the better worker and look.
She also has arguably better booking - they've set her up closer to a Chyna or Goldberg style character.
Bianca has a far better environment.
She has less requirements or pressures to do dangerous shit and far more exposure.

Jade in WWE would be dimes. There are people there that could really help her improve and carve a niche for herself.

Jade is getting solid at squashes, but she can't work a proper match unless it's a total carry job. It doesn't matter if the booking is right, though. And they're doing everything fine until now, I just fear her character will be over once she takes the first loss.

Bianca has been able to stay a Cena-like figure in the womens division, and has been a company girl. She will be a legend, without a doubt.
