In the post reconcilation era none of them have been poached though. White and Juice wanted to go to America so it was WWE or AEW. AEW is the better of two evils for NJPW because they have access.

Ibushi leaving En Jay Pee Dub had nothing to do with Tony Khan.

If you count pre reconciliation they also took Trent when he was about to get pushed, Omega, Cody, Moxley, Jericho and the Elite.

So AEW is better behaved with NJPW now

Ironically it's the NOAH-NJPW situation where they should be growing organically but force themselves to eat the top dog's shit in hopes of getting a slightly larger piece of the pie.

Their contracts ended and they signed new ones with AEW which offered better terms. Most of those are gaijin, it's not like NJPW are losing their main stars.
