>>9892873These are the seats that they want to sell first since they are the seats that will be most visible on camera. If there is enough demand they will begin to open up the seats shaded in black. If there is a lot of demand they will probably open up the upper decks behind the stage because they would be able to see over the stage, if there is truly crazy demand they could even remove the stage and open up every seat (not saying this is at all likely, just that it's how these things go).
If you open all the seats up at once and you aren't certain you'll completely sell out (which not even WWE would be certain of in Wembley), you'll get people buying seats in a completely disorganized manner and people would be scattered all over the arena, and it would look far worse than having them concentrated in specific areas and leaving some areas empty.
