>>9911840Not true. Luger had great matches with Flair, Sting, Steamboat, Pillman, Windham, and the Steiners (tagging with Sting). Luger was actually good during his first run in WCW. His chemistry with Flair in particular was incredible. He must have ruined his body when he went into pro bodybuilding, because he was never the same wrestler when he returned in 1992. He was slower, less athletic, moved awkwardly, couldn't seem to sell, etc. He slimmed down again by the time he returned to WCW in 1995, but it was too late given how old he was by then and how worn down his body was. All Lex could do was short powerhouse matches. He could still get crowds behind him. The reaction to Lex winning the WHC off Hogan on Nitro in summer of 97 was legendary.
