So you'll angrily just throw the thing at them and say to them out loud "Here, nigga! Damn!" out of frustration. It's a black thing
It applies to Cody in this case because he's in WWE to win the top title (specifically the WWE title) and he keeps talking about finishing the story by winning it. But since WWE wants to keep the belt on Reigns and are hoping for a Rock match, this new 'top' belt is seen as a way to pacify Cody and his fans
