It's -weird- he had the initial "how do I feel like a champ on TV" phase, then he sorta got it with the self-indulgent segments. But the problem is that now he feels like he's hitting his stride, his segments are being used as proving grounds for the 3 other young guys they marked to be the potential future of the company. So it's kinda, amateur hour.
