It is not far fetched to say that there is an alarming parallel between Stardom’s ruthless poaching against Ice Ribbon and Nazi Germany’s invasion of Czechoslovakia. Stardom’s take on joshi wrestling and Nazism share many similarities: misplaced feelings of superiority, brutal imperialism, keeping its denizens distracted with bread and circuses, a might makes right philosophy marred by incompetent leadership, and a hatred and fear of political rivals. Much like how Hitler invaded smaller countries, Rossy Ogawa uses his corporate-backed empire to destroy smaller organizations by poaching turncoat talents, which can be seen as a parallel to French collaborators selling out their people for their own personal game.

Much like how the Holocaust was used to exterminate those the Nazis deemed undesirable and covered it up via propaganda, Stardom is enacting an ongoing genocide against joshi and its ideals, their gas chambers being their poaching and internal sabotage, weakening all other feds one by one much like how Nazi Germany gradually took over Europe. They use their coomerbait and assembly line wrestling to pacify their sheep-like audience that mirrors how German citizens were fed propaganda and kept in the dark about the true horrors of the Nazi reign. Of course, many Germans and Stardom fans both knew about their respective atrocities and either don’t care or endorse them.

As bleak as things seem for the joshi scene, as we know, Nazi Germany eventually fell to the Allies. Ice Ribbon, Oz, Diana, among others are those Allies against the Axis of Bushiroad. Our grandfathers didn’t stop fighting shading the Axis tyranny, and we must not stop fighting against the Bushiroad tyranny. Know this brothers; as long as we and the real joshi feds keep fighting, we can still win, and one day, hopefully, Ogawa will answer for his crimes.
