Gunther, Sheamus and Rey are the only realistic candidates for a top title run right now that haven't been beaten by Roman during this title reign, I think. That said, Gunther has a bit more to go but Sheamus is on a hot run at the moment as is Rey and both are world title holders.

Rey is really over right now and keeps getting screwed over with cheating. They could easily have Rey vs Finn be the finals and have JD run in followed by LWO to even the numbers. Rey goes on to win clean. It wouldn't be a long reign of course but it'd be a nice thank you run for Rey.
