>>9938254I’m sorry but is it really so shocking to ask that a musician plays an instrument in this day and age?
Whatever happened to talent? These days it seems like anyone can record some nonsense that doesn’t even have to mean anything and they put it through auto tuner and you don’t even have to sing and put drum machines on everything and there’s no talent involved.
And yet you are mocking me for asking what instrument this so called “musician” plays, for what reason? Whatever happened to music played by humans? I want to listen to something that makes me feel something, not music made by computers and algorithms.
Music as we once knew it is dead, and people like this have not only killed it but they’ve dug the grave and put the final nail in the coffin too. If Bach heard some of the music that exists today (trap, rap, hip-hop) he probably wouldn’t consider it music, he would be so disappointed at what the world has not only done but encouraged the modern musical landscape to become. And at what cost? When actual talented musicians like John Prtrucci, like Devin Townsend, like Paul Gilbert are ignored in favor of one person rambling over a sterile drum machine beat, and I am being mocked for preferring something created with actusl human emotions, you know the state of music at the moment is in the sh*tter.
