So literally what the fuck was up at the Hart Dungeon? Benoit does not have a day of real sports training and no record of any athletics outside of pro wrestling but his technique is perfect here. He is lightning fast and smooth and strong and easily keeping up with a gold medal Olympian in grappling and matwork even if it's not a shoot.
