Second time was when they needed wrestlers for Tajiri's yakuza stableso they brought him in as Akio but that fizzled so he mainly did low card matches on Velocity where he had a good series of matches against Paul London. Got released again probably because of budget cuts and just being a low carder not doing anything.
The third time was the story about Vince seeing him backstage and not even realizing he'd been fired so they had him work a match against Charlie Haas on Heat and rehired him, then gave him the Jimmy Wang Yang gimmick because Vince thought it was hilarious that he was an Asian guy who'd say stuff like "y'all" and talked kind of southern IRL.
