There's a bunch of interesting politics at play here.
When AEW was firing up, Kenny Omega tried to get the Stardom girls involved, particularly Mayu Iwatani, and was not received well. He went to TJPW for joshis after he failed with Stardom.
Mayu Iwatani has worked with Lucha Underground and ROH in the past, and said that she feels particularly loyal to ROH because they helped with her visa.
TJPW girls like Yuka, Maki Itoh, Miyu Yamashita and others work regularly in AEW, and the TJPW girls can't stand Stardom, they see them as rivals that they wish to surpass. Stardom has on multiple occasions tried to work with TJPW and have always been denied. When Stardom poaches TJPW girls they seethe about it on social media.
Bushiroad now owns Stardom, and at first glance it seems like a natural fit to have a Stardom girl or two at a Forbidden Door event, but I think it's extremely unlikely. TJPW girls would throw a fit and Stardom has already rejected working with AEW in the past.
That being said, there is probably a lot of pressure on Mayu from Bushiroad to show the new IGPW belt in America. Mayu passed on it the first time they offered it to her, but she recently beat Sasha Banks for it and says she's coming to the US now. My guess is she will come to the US but not with AEW.
