Shawn had heat from the Taker angle, and then the Bret shit made him more of a smart-ass heel. Ratings went up at the time, and it wasn't just over the screwjob. Even the Christmas shows and Houses were starting to pack up. A lot of this was before even Tyson came back.

I heard that fat-fuck lie and say that shit when one of their pods came on my YT feed. It's a complete fucking lie.
