He probably always wanted to be Rock/Austin/Hart but realized quickly he was too small, too fat, too ugly to ever be the guy, so he’s desperately latching onto anyone (punk, muh Bret) that will get him talked about in top guy conversations, and desperately virtue signaling so people KNOW he’s a good person (which is the quickest way to expose yourself as a conceited, vain, insecure person.) Just a napoleon complex in all aspects of his life.
