The room the group of warriors and priests arrived at was large, too large to be a standard barracks. This was because in his wisdom Adok had purchased a storage hold within the ship instead of a series of rooms. With the sheer amount of beasts they were all transporting made it a necessity.
Lucian laid himself on the wooden floor, placing his head on Nightshade’s stomach as he did so. Adok was sitting on the rear of the wagon working on the scythe that he had created in the bowels of Karak Kol. It was a finished blade but finishing touches were a constant effort.
“Close we are.” Tee-Nee-Tyny said as it looked over the room, “Tee-Nee-Tyny shall control the winds to steer our course true, unless the forces of Chaos send their warriors on the sea.”
“Northman raids have not been happening too much from what I gathered.” Adok told the group as he washed the blade, “In his death the Bretonnian High King gave them quite the wound.”
“Are we sure to say that?” Lucian asked as he sat himself on the horse’s stomach, “Our trip through the underways was too smooth. My blade has not bled a single monster since it was forged.”
“Thats because we got the blessing of Grombrindal! And he gave me a good set of directions.” Joked Adok as he stopped working at the blade and looked up, “By my Ancestor's Beards I met the White Dwarf! I can return to Karak A Karak in triumph!”
“The Spirit who walks the ages asked that he not be spoken of.” Tee-Nee-Tyny told Adok as he licked his eyes.
Adok simply gave Tee-Nee-Tyny a distasteful look as a good point was made. He shook his head in annoyance with a huff.
“So how long upon the waters do you think we will be?” Lucian asked as he felt the vessel slowly move and shutter.
“A week I am told, but our friend here can made it shorter.” Adok said as he presented a hand towards Tee-Nee-Tyny with little gusto.
They did not spend much time there, only a night in the grand city of Marienburg. Yet Lucian had learned his lesson to not stay within an area for long lest he run the risk of Chaos rearing its head. Now upon the ship he would need to do something to take off the fact that something was surely going to happen out in sea.
>Help out the crew, they could always use a strong hand
>Explore the vehicle, perhaps go through the storage
>Practice and meditate on the new scythe. Get us to its power.
