Quoted By:
Fredric took in what his fellow said and wondered. He had some time within the Mechanicum, being in their recovery wards for an extended period of time as they both healed him and prepared his new steed.
He has had time to think, +Prince Alexander, I do not see a reason for us to continue this hostility.+
Fredric watched as the Wardenshifted its demeanor from one of domination to that of a stunned shock. The rotating of the cannon had stopped and the machine was looking at him like it was wounded.
The Knight Warden lowered his Avenger Gatling Cannon and raised its fist, +What in the name of the Fallen God did you just say.+
+That we should bury the hatchet that has separated us for so long. Unite as we face the rest of the Universe together.+ Declared the Prince of the Borgius as he stood tallest of them all, +It will be hard to call you friend, but now that I operate Arch Angelus my mind has cleared.+
+You spit upon the graves of all that has happened between our Fathers and Forefathers! Such a thought, are you really Prince Fredric!+
The Prince of the Borgius could feel his Knights, his vassals shifting uncomfortably under such a brash accusation. Though it was cumbersome it was indeed a line of thought that the Prince could understand.
He was indeed spitting in the honor of thousands who have fallen. But he will stand his ground.
+That is because we have a future beyond Dutonis.+ Declared Fredric as he finally looked down upon his previous foe, +The Galaxy will not let us continue our squabbling unimpeded. We will either unite in these youthful days of the Crusade, or pull each other into the void.+
+Bastard. You stand behind a false sense of honor trying to make such a choice righteous. Men, let us move out I do not even want to stand near these honorless bastards.+ Prince Alexander spoke as he began walking another direction, +We shall see in today’s battle who is more righteous.+
Fredric watched as his fellow left for another theater of the battlefield. He wondered how much of those words were the thoughts of Alexander or that of Dominus Navarros. After all, he had learned from the Princeps of the Legio Astorum that their great machines can affect this personality greatly.
